The dialogue of this self-ethnographic documentary revolves around the audiovisual correspondence between two filmmakers and Cuban emigrants. Two childhood friends entering their 40s who, facing the challenges of emigration, try to rebuild their lives far away from Cuba. An intimate and revealing film about friendship and exile.
After getting a degree in Cinematography from the International Film School of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba in 2002, she started her training in film directing at the Haute Ecole d'Art et Design in Geneva (HEAD) which she completed in 2008. She reconciles her personal work as a filmmaker with numerous collaborations as a director of photography.

A degree holder in Film Directing from the International Film School of San Antonio de los Baños and a Bachelors in Theater Directing from the Higher Art Institute of Cuba. She has been living and working in Spain since 2003. She has directed and written several creative documentaries, in addition to working as an editor and screenwriter on other productions. Since 2014, she has been on the Board of Directors of DOCMA, the Documentary Association of Spain.
