General ticket: 3.50 € 
Reduced ticket: 3 € (retirees and people over 65, under 14, people with disabilities, groups of more than 20 people, unemployed, large families and artistic associations members).
Free admission: users of the JOBO cultural pass for the sessions from Wednesday till Friday.

- Online - On the official festival website www.documentamadrid.com and  www.cinetecamadrid.com
- Cineteca ticket office. Hours: from one hour before the start of the first session, until the final session begins.
- Ticket office of the Casa de la Panadería. Plaza Mayor, 27. Hours: from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Free admission until full capacity, tickets acquired in advance on the Reina Sofía Museum website from 10am on the last two working day before the screening. 
A maximum of 2 per person.

General admission: 3 €
Passes: 10 sessions 20 € / annual 40 €
Discounted admission, 2 € students, members of large families, cultural and educational groups from participating institutions, seniors over 65 and the legally unemployed.
Free admission: children under 18 years old.
Passes: 10 sessions 15 € / annual 30 €

Ticket office opening hours: 4:30 pm until the start of the final session. 1⁄3 of the tickets are reserved for physical sale at the ticket office.
Tickets for sessions on the same day will be sold exclusively at the ticket office.
