How do we see? Why do we see? Who decides what we see? What mechanisms of power are operating behind what is visible, what gets shown and what gets hidden? Theo Anthony uses the same Foucauldian discursive principles he used in his previous short film Subject to Review, which screened at the last edition of DocumentaMadrid, to examine how surveillance technologies influence contemporary societies in the exercise of justice and individual and collective freedoms.
