Synopsis

How to document what was never meant to be documented? This film shows a musical tradition through generations, sometimes theorized upon, sometimes simply experienced, but always alive. In fact, this music and these songs, these instruments and these faces, convey a deeper secret: that of belonging to a movement lost in time. If music is identity, singing is a vindication. This is the only way to attain the magic of the collective. (LEP)
