XV Festival Internacional de Cine Documental
Hadoum, Fátima, Sheima and Sokayna are four teenagers from El Puche, a suburb of Almería, proud of their Moroccan and Spanish roots. Although their experiences highlight the shortcomings of their environment, these do not diminish the intensity of their desires. Ian de la Rosa makes a profound and honest reflection on identity, gender and race.
Ian de la Rosa (Granada, 1988) studied film directing at ESCAC. In 2015 he directed his first short film Víctor XX, which received several awards. He then developed the TV series Normal for Movistar+ and produced the short film Porque la sal. He has worked as a screenwriter for the series Veneno for Atresmedia, and is currently developing his first feature film.
