Synopsis

Filmmakers aim their cameras at society, this time to explore and expose how our uncontrolled obsession with images has grown so great as to change human behavior. This provocative and enjoyable film follows the rise of image culture, from the camera obscura to the first viral video, narrating how we went from recording a backyard to a billion-euro content industry in just 200 years, where we are ruled over by images, but struggle with and revel in their power. What does it mean to get barraged by billions of images, all vying for our attention? (IG)
