Graduate in Anthropology and Culture Management and Policies. She worked as a conservation assistant at the Ethnographic Museum of Geneva and later founded the production company Alina Film alongside David Epiney. Her first feature film, Back to Stay by Milagros Mumenthaler, won the Golden Leopard at the 2011 Locarno Film Festival, as well as the Best Actress Award and the FIPRESCI Award as well as the Golden Astor at the Mar del Plata Film Festival.
