Rebvelados is the film series programmed by the Cineteca Madrid for the educational community in order to provide them a place to view audiovisual creations that will invite reflection, stir debate and curiosity among the young people attending. Rebvelados has taken a break this school year, but it is making a return with a spot at Documenta Madrid. As in previous editions of Documenta, we will dedicate three morning sessions in the Azcona theater to screen a selection of the films from the national competitive section. These sessions will include a colloquium featuring the attendance of the film crew, festival programmers and film experts from the Cineteca Madrid, who will invite attendees to debate and express their ideas on the social, ethical and cultural issues addressed in the films. In short, the idea is to engage the audience so they might discover a different way of learning collectively through film, thanks to the unique viewing experience provided in the Cineteca space.
