A ballet of images shot on a mobile phone depicting the invasive military presence on the streets of France in recent years. It is a society in a permanent state of emergency, one auto-colonized and militarized under the excuse of security and social peace. The brilliant sound design and hypnotic footage force us to reflect on the Europe we are building. (DV)
