Special Mention of the Jury for the Best Short Film

Gilberta was a transsexual woman who lived in Portugal as an immigrant. She was brutally murdered 10 years ago and since then she has become an icon for the rights of transsexuals. Piece by piece, this documentary offers a delicate portrait of a woman torn apart by an indifferent world.
