A film/poem in 18 waves, featuring 18 scenes that describe Paris and its cityscape, which is traversed by a “young unaccompanied foreign minor” and shot through with terrorist attacks, white roses, a state of emergency, red, white and blue, the Atlantic Ocean and transatlantic crossings, volcanoes, beatboxing, rebellion, rage, State violence, a revolutionary song, silence and joy… nothing more than joy.

Director's Biography

Sylvain George is a film director, writer and poet with higher level studies in philosophy, law, political science and film. He has directed documentaries and experimental films on the subjects of immigration and social movements. His films are presented on activist networks, in underground locations and at international festivals. Attention is often drawn to his collaboration with other renowned artists, in view of his work and commitment.
