DOCUMENTAMADRID  informs that the film VIRUNGA, which was announced within the competition of the Official Selection, will eventually remain  out of contest. 

The festival was informed that this production was previously screened at another festival in Spain, which according to the rules, invalidates it to compete at DOCUMENTADRID. 

Nevertheless, and due to its interest and great quality, the festival will keep the programmed screenings, so that the audience will be able to enjoy the aforesaid title as it was expected to be.
