SHOW US HOW YOU SEE US

Every year, we have filmed a “Making of Documenta Madrid” as a tool for creating our own “documentary” of the festival. This year, we want to put a new concept into practice, a more democratic and participative one for this year’s film, in which you can be a co-director of the final work.

By way of an “exquisite corpse”, we want to create a collective film using images you have recorded during our Festival, at any one of our venues, activities or screenings. They can be images shot with your video camera, your still photo camera or mobile phone. We are not looking for a “professional” recording or even technically perfect shots; we are interested in fresh, spontaneous pictures, moments captured on the fly.

We will make a selection from all the material received and use it to put together the first collective “Making of Documenta Madrid”, which will premiere on our website and will be available for viewing on the big screen at our 2012 festival. Those participants whose images are selected for the final film will receive a free accreditation for the 2012 festival.

Remember, it will only be possible with your contribution! Let’s do the Making!

INSTRUCTIONS

• How to send the material: using server megaupload, yousendit, rapidshare...or a similar one
• Can be sent to all types of images and videos, to a maximum of 10 minutes, related to Documenta Madrid 2011.
• Once uploaded the material, you will have to fill out the form with the required data and the link to your stuff and uploaded.
• You can see the conditions of transfer of intellectual property rights (Spanish)
