PATRICK BERNABE

Boulogne-sur-Mer, France / 1949

Born to a Spanish father (Republican official taking refuge in France in 1939) and French mother. He has a BA in History from the University of Amiens and graduated from the IPC School of Trade and Business Administration of Toulouse. He founded the film club at the Lycée Mariette high school in Boulogne-sur-Mer and co-founded the film club of the History Department of Amiens. In 1996 he co-founded Cinespaña, the Spanish Film Festival of Toulouse. For eight years he was a bookseller, in addition being administrative director of a company specializing in building sport flooring (in Toulouse and at the Barcelona branch), and later sales director at the same company in Toulouse. He is currently retired.
