In a hotel on the outskirts of Paris, prep school students get together to prepare for the final test in the exams for admission to the Ecole Supérieure du Commerce business school: “the personality interview”. For three days they learn to speak in public and adapt their discourse to the expectations of the tribunal by alternating classes and interview simulations. For the professors, the seminar is about more than just training for the exam: it is preparation for “the reality of life”.
